Iv been using spotlight for over 22 years. On every occasion they do a stunning repair job great courtesy cars and nice staff. The recently just fixed our Mercedes work van and did a stunning job. It was brand new and they matched and fixed the bumper without even noticing any colour change. Keep up the great work.

Came in for a simple side mirror repair after a hit and run. Every single person I talked to (4 or 5 employees) were kind, courteous, and had me, the client’s, best interest in mind. I hope my car stays pristine, but if anything happens I’ll be going back to Spotlite without a second thought.

Ask for Rommel!!!! One of the most dedicated auto body shop staff I've ever dealth with since alotta terrible ones at terrible shop (considering there are always endless supply of ppl needing their car fixed) in this town. All started when I got there 5 min.s before closing to start my job and he was about to close shop, he went ahead and turn his computer back on to log me in and got me a appointment on the spot.

I had a great experience with Spotlite Collision. It was my first time getting my vehicle repaired so I didn’t know what to expect but Rommel made the entire process easy from the moment I arrived. The Spotlite Collision team did an amazing job with the repairs and the paint job was excellent. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Excellent service! My sunroof shattered, the first glass place I took it too seemed like they didn't know how to go about the job, told me they didn't know how long it would be, and I never heard from them again. Went to Spotlite, I had a quote within minutes, and a new roof in less than two weeks. Courtesy car was new and immaculate, and my car had been cleaned at no additional cost when I got it back. They did their best to get me the best value for the repair, and quickly, I couldn't have asked for more!

Have taken all my family's vehicles here for the past 15 years. They really seem to care and stand behind the work they do. Had some minor bubble and peel start to form in the clearcoat a couple years after a repair and no problem getting it fixed. Not really their fault, but unfortunately their problem. The environmental protection movement has made car paint change chemistry (to avoid certain solvents that worked MUCH better) in favour of 'water based' paints. We live in Vancouver and our AIR is water based for half the year so, how's that supposed to work!?!

Unfortunately, my car had a collision and its front bumpers and fender molding got dents, so I brought my car to Spotlite Collision. They were very kind and welcomed me warmly. Their work was awesome and very fast. Also, they gave me clear explanations when I asked questions about the car repair. I am very glad that my car looks like new again. I brought my car in for an estimate after a collision, after 20 mins, they returned my car fixed. They required no parts—their team managed to reverse the dents, pop out the fender & repair the gaping side & …. then refused to charge me! Extremely professional well-spoken staff & clean, cool, comfortable waiting room. I’ve lived in Vancouver my entire life & dealt with countless autobody shops, this one is the best.

My family and I were so happy with our Spotlite experience. First, they were really nice, and helpful, when booking an appointment. Secondly they offered me their own company minivan or Rogue as a courtesy car. A vehicle this size was needed to accommodate our family of 5 (a few carseats), but in the past a different body shop required going through a car rental agency, as well as paying an upgrade fee for a larger vehicle. Thirdly, I asked to pay for a little scratch on my bumper to be painted while they were completing the ICBC claim, and they said they were happy to do that bit for free. Finally, they got the work done within a day or 2, when previously it had taken another body shop a week. So they are very good at what they do, make it very easy to get the work done, and are just a wonderful, honest, salt of the earth family run business. Oh, and they gave me a Spotlite reusable grocery bag as a treat when I left :)

Always great service and work. Came in for a claim that required paint and body work, and the paint matching was outstanding. They also detailed the car before returning, which is a plus, and provided a loaner while they did the work. Second visit to this location, and haven't had a bad experience.

I have nothing but utmost respect for Mike and Tanya, and their crew at Spotlite Collision - nothing but the utmost respect. Since a picture is worth a thousand words, I attach here before- and after-pictures. I had two accidents on my car: One self-inflicted and the other due to someone hitting my car while being parked. I paid for the first job, and ICBC covered the second job. Mike gave me an excellent price for fixing my self-inflicted accident on the driver's door - excellent price. How do I know it is excellent? Because I shopped around and other people gave me higher price without even offering me a courtesy car! As you can see from the after-pictures; the car is in a pristine state. What is more is that there was some other scratches on the passenger side of the car, and Mike and Tanya and their crew at Spotlite Collision surprised me by painting these scratches on the passenger side. Tanya even called me on a Sunday (one day before my Monday appointment) to confirm our appointment. I also had a very elegant brand-new Toyota courtesy car to drive which was extremely clean and detailed. Fast forward one week, and I’m due to pick my car. My car was washed and detailed inside and outside. Besides the material service, Mike and Tanya are some of the most decent people you would feel comfortable talking to. They are professionals. And yes, I was offered a small light torch as a gift when I picked my car. Honestly, I’m the one supposed to offer the gift and not get the gift. As a side note, I’m a project manager, and I can get as fussy and picky as it gets. However, I have a practical side too. Some comments here on Google pertaining to Spotlite Collision will exaggerate the level of perfection a car should possess following being serviced by a body shop. I disagree with these comments. Let us be honest, any car that has been on the road for two or more years will never be as pristine as a new car that is just out of the factory. Asking any body shop to get a car back to its pristine state seamlessly is mostly a waste of time. I do advocate perfection, but not extreme perfection. The same applies to my tenant improvements or renovation jobs, I expect perfection but not super perfection from the trades! All in all, if you want to have friends for life when it comes to cars, please go ahead and introduce yourself to Mike and Tanya. Both of them are a pleasure to deal with!

I chose to go here because another place I went to get a quote at had staff that was rude and dismissive, but here everyone was very nice and they did a great job fixing the scratches and dents.
